Vision
To catalyze a new generation of spiritually and emotionally mature, mission-ready African leaders who will shape the future of the global Church.
We initiate projects, and partner with existing projects, that demonstrate the greatest potential to effect impact, collaboration, spiritual renewal, and human flourishing.
Africa has the youngest and fastest-growing Christian population, making it a strategic epicenter for leadership development, discipleship, and mission sending in the 21st century. Through the Antioch Project in Africa, a strategic initiative launched by Global Strategy Forum (GSF) and implemented in partnership with the Association of Evangelicals in Africa (AEA), donors help equip and send a new generation of African Christian leaders for mission, discipleship, and cultural renewal. AEA—representing evangelical alliances across more than 50 African nations—provides trusted continental leadership, convening power, and deep church networks to ensure the initiative is African-led, contextually grounded, and sustainable. Within this framework, REAL TALK serves as a core leadership-formation tool, training young leaders in integrity, transparency, safeguarding, and trauma-informed discipleship as they prepare for structured mission assignments using the biblical Antioch sending model. Together, GSF’s global strategic leadership, AEA’s continental coordination, REAL TALK’s transformational training, and Masterlife's and Freedom in Christ's discipleship program, create a scalable pathway to raise healthy, resilient, mission-ready leaders who can strengthen the Church and advance the Gospel across Africa for generations to come.

A Quest For Warrior-Priests
A Quest For Warrior-Priests is a Global Strategy Forum Military Sphere effort to cultivate spiritually grounded, strategically minded leaders within the military profession. The military remains one of the most influential institutions in society, yet service members increasingly face challenges such as moral injury, family strain, isolation, cultural polarization, and profound questions of identity and purpose.Through thought leadership, mentoring, convening, and formation resources, the initiative seeks to develop leaders who embody moral courage, servant leadership, and a commitment to peace, reconciliation, and human flourishing. In an era of geopolitical instability, technological disruption, and growing moral and social challenges, the military needs leaders who are not only tactically competent but also spiritually mature and ethically resilient. The Warrior-Priest Initiative responds to this need by equipping leaders to navigate complexity with wisdom, integrity, purpose, and a deep sense of calling. By investing in the formation of these leaders, GSF seeks to influence one of society's most consequential institutions and help shape a generation of military professionals who faithfully serve both their nation and the common good.

Beyond the Known International & Family Reformation Project
One of the clearest examples of Global Strategy Forum's catalytic impact emerged from a conversation at the 2024 GSF gathering in Bangkok. There, leaders from Beyond the Known International (BTKI) and the Family Reformation Project (FRP) discovered a shared conviction: lasting cultural transformation begins with healthy families. What started as a relationship quickly developed into a strategic partnership focused on strengthening families, equipping leaders, and advancing Kingdom impact throughout Costa Rica and beyond.
Working alongside leaders from government, business, education, and the Church, BTKI and FRP launched a collaborative strategy to identify the greatest challenges facing Costa Rican families and develop practical, scalable solutions. Since its inception, the partnership has completed four Family Schools, discipled more than 85 families across Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Mexico, and trained and certified over 40 Family School Leaders who are now equipped to disciple families and multiply impact throughout the region. Additional Family Schools are currently being launched across Costa Rica, with five or more new Spanish-language schools planned and expansion into multiple Latin American nations beginning in 2027.
The vision of this initiative extends far beyond individual families. By restoring families to God's design and equipping local leaders to disciple future generations, the partnership seeks to strengthen churches, improve community well-being, and foster long-term cultural renewal from the ground up. Through pastor conferences, leadership development, church partnerships, family mission initiatives, and a growing network of trained leaders, this movement is creating a sustainable model for family discipleship and Kingdom transformation throughout the Spanish-speaking world.
This partnership exemplifies GSF's unique role as a catalyst for strategic collaboration. By connecting visionary leaders around shared Kingdom priorities, GSF helps transform relationships into movements—creating multiplying impact that advances human flourishing, strengthens institutions, and contributes to the long-term transformation of nations.
