Built by the Global Strategy Forum, StrateGEN is intentionally designed to identify and convene the top young Christian leaders from around the world and immerse them in a collaborative ecosystem of high-level thinking and action. By partnering with leading leadership schools and institutes, the program embeds a macro-strategic framework into existing pathways while elevating participants into a global network of thinkers and doers. The result is a new generation of leaders who are not only spiritually grounded, but strategically equipped to initiate, drive, and sustain transformational change—leaders capable of discerning what’s coming, shaping what matters, and building what lasts.
StrateGEN is not another leadership program—it is a strategic leadership initiative designed to shape leaders who think beyond the immediate and act at the level where systems, cultures, and nations are influenced. While most programs focus on personal development or organizational leadership, StrateGEN equips a select cohort of emerging leaders to operate with macro-strategic clarity—understanding how faith, foresight, and societal forces intersect across every sphere of influence. Through a unique integration of training, mentorship, and real-world engagement in think tanks and global initiatives, participants don’t just learn strategy—they practice it alongside seasoned practitioners actively shaping the future.
